Cove Reformer Studio was founded in June 2024 by Jodie and Laura.

Together, Jodie and Laura bring decades of experience in marketing and business development, plus a genuine love of Reformer Pilates.
The result? A business based on knowledge, passion, and experience.
Both Jodie and Laura practice Reformer Pilates on a regular basis and are committed to sharing its benefits with the world (starting in Lindfield!).

Living near the South Coast, both co-founders have found sanctuary at the seaside. This left them feeling inspired and decided to incorporate the seaside into the business name.
At its core, Cove strives to strengthen both bodies and minds. Let your worries wash away as you immerse yourself in small group sessions with dedicated instructors.
