Our classes
Fresh
Our Fresh class is suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience on the Reformer.
This is a safe space for you to get started as you explore the equipment and slower-paced exercises, with a focus on the fundamental principles of Pilates.
During Fresh, expect to stretch and strengthen your bodies and minds on our machines as our instructor guides you through the full-body workout. Small equipment may be used during this class.

Beginners must attend 4 Fresh classes before booking a Flow class. Classes are 50 minutes.

Flow
If you're comfortable on a Reformer and ready for new exercises, Cove's Flow classes are for you.
​
Our Flow classes are a fun and fast-paced workout, with higher reps and quicker transitions. This class will give you a full-body workout by using small equipment. You will leave this class feeling energised and strong. Instructors may add jumpboards from time to time.

To attend this class, we recommend you have previous experience on the Reformer.
​
If you are new to Reformer Pilates, please attend at least 4 Fresh classes before booking a Flow class. Classes are 50 minutes.
Focus
Our Focus classes are perfect for those who have a strong understanding of Reformer Pilates.
This class is designed to challenge the body and mind, the moves are harder and the transitions are quicker. Expect to target specific muscle groups throughout the class using small equipment, giving you a full-body workout.

Instructors may add jumpboards to give you the ultimate high energy class. Jumpboards challenge your cardio endurance and tone your full-body whilst having fun.

If you are new to Reformer Pilates, please attend 4 Fresh classes & 2 Flow classes before booking a Focus class. Classes are 50 minutes.
Form
Are you on your pregnancy journey or early stages of motherhood? Our Form class is perfect for you as it is specifically programmed to support you through all stages whether that's Pre/Post-natal.
Join our expertly trained instructors in a safe and nurturing environment whilst you will move through a series of low impact and effective exercises.
Classes are tailored, comprehensive and above all safe. Our instructors will help you feel strong and confident in your body, improve posture, understand your core & pelvic floor.
No Reformer Pilates experience necessary. We request that you get approval from your GP/Midwife before attending our Form class. Classes are 50 minutes.
Flex
Did you know the Pilates method of training was originally developed by a man, predominantly for men?
Whilst all of our classes are inclusive and open to all, we offer a specific number of 'Men only' classes a week to break stereotypes.
Our Flex classes are specifically engineered to benefit men and the male form, these classes will work your muscles — and your mind.
A dedicated instructor will help you to improve strength, flexibility and posture, giving a full-body workout. The other added benefits are injury prevention and stress relief. Classes are 50 minutes.
Finesse
If you're looking for a more personalised 1:1 Reformer Pilates experience with a dedicated instructor, Cove's Finesse classes are for you.
Our Finesse classes allow our instructor to explore your specific needs and goals. Whether you are a complete beginner wanting to learn the basics or whether you’re more advanced, wanting to get more out of your class.

Fitter
If you’re returning to fitness after a break our Fitter classes are for you.
​
Experienced instructors will take you through exercises with a focus on safe, controlled movements to help you strengthen your muscles as well as improve your flexibility and mobility. The Reformer will be used to support your body and help reduce the risk of injury.
The calm and welcoming environment is the perfect setting to build your confidence with structured sessions, including warm-ups, full-body strengthening and mobility exercises.
No Reformer Pilates experience necessary to attend this class. If you’re recovering from an injury or illness, you may wish to seek advice from your GP before attending.
